Outflow The first estimate of Balance of Payments by Bank of Russia shows 12.9 billions of US dollars of net capital outflow by private sector during the 3-rd Quarter of 2013. During the 3-rd Quarter of 2012 net capital outflow was equal 7.9 billions of US dollars.
